The AM Partnership or AMP was established in March 2013, by Andy Mills to provide project and interim solutions for clients across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Andy had a successful career in the North West including as an Associate Director of Public Health where he led a commissioning team responsible for services in areas ranging from substance misuse and sexual health to violence prevention and housing support. Andy established a top performing Alcohol Treatment System which made real reductions in hospital attendances.
Andy left the NHS in 2013 as an AD in Corporate Affairs at an NHS Cluster, leading a team responsible for consultations, patient experience and social marketing having improved world class commissioning scores on patient and public involvement, and contributing to a national top 10 performance.
He is now providing his skills, knowledge and experience to clients including Local Authorities, NHS bodies, voluntary and community sector organisations and a number of national consultancies, including GFK/NOP, OPM and tCI.
In 2014 with his business partner he formed pedalare.co.uk to provide cycling based consultancy services and in 2020 ph5.0 to provide support and delivery for public sector organisations who are considering transformational change or service reconfiguration.
Andy is a Trustee board member of Neston Community Youth Centre
